Simple Steps for Starting and Ending Your Session
- Click on "helpdesk.exe" to download software once instructed by your Support Specialist.
- Select "Run" when asked "Do you want to Run or Save this file?"
- Select "Run" when asked "Are you sure you want to run this software?"
- Double-click on the name of the Support Specialist providing you support.
- To disconnect your session at any time, simply right-click on the green or red "H" located in the System Tray at the bottom right corner of your screen and select "Close."
