Simple Steps for Starting and Ending Your Session

  1. Click on "helpdesk.exe" to download software once instructed by your Support Specialist.
  2. Select "Run" when asked "Do you want to Run or Save this file?"
  3. Select "Run" when asked "Are you sure you want to run this software?"
  4. Double-click on the name of the Support Specialist providing you support.
  5. To disconnect your session at any time, simply right-click on the green or red "H" located in the System Tray at the bottom right corner of your screen and select "Close."
